Terms and Conditions

At Coast 2 Coast Mounts we aim to make our Terms and Conditions as clear as possible. When you purchase from Coast 2 Coast Mounts you enter into a contract and this document outlines our responsibilities to you.

The Contract

Once you have placed an order for your products on our Website we will send you a tax invoice / order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. A dispatch confirmation e-mail will be sent once your product has been shipped from our warehouse. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • the identification of a pricing or product description error

Prices and Descriptions of Products

The price on our website at the time of the order is the price in force at that time. Prices include GST for all orders that are to be delivered within Australia. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Partykids website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered into our website. Although we work hard at keeping the website up to date, the information appearing on the website may on occasions not reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Limitation of Liability

We cannot accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused, even if forseeable. If we are liable to you, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product concerned. Coast 2 Coast Mounts shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of the goods being prevented or delayed or any other of its obligations not being performed for reasons beyond the control of Coast 2 Coast Mounts, or any acts of third parties.


If you are unhappy with your order once you have received it for any reason, you may return it for a refund. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Products must be returned within 14 days and due to the nature of the products, all must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item to you once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
